New documents of interest: publications by the Spanish Public Treasury on de‑risking and the catalogue of risk indicators related to proliferation financing

Two highly relevant guides for the sector have been published on the Spanish Public Treasury’s website.

On the one hand, a de-risking Guide has been published, setting out the definition of this practice, its key aspects, and measures to prevent it.

On the other hand, a risk indicators catalogue on the Financing of the Proliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction has also been published. This catalogue complements the other risk catalogues already issued and aims to support the identification of transactions and activities related to this issue.
