Law 19/2013 of 9 December on transparency, access to public information and good governance aims to broaden and strengthen the transparency of public activity, as well as regulate and guarantee the right of citizens to access information on public activity.

Law 19/2013 of 9 December is applicable to all Public Administrations, Public Sector entities, constitutional institutions and their equivalents at regional level, as well as Public Sector foundations, associations constituted by Public Administrations or commercial companies with a major public participation.

Without prejudice to the particular framework applicable to Sepblac by current regulations, this section actively advertises the information whose knowledge is relevant in order to guarantee transparency in the exercise of its activity.
