FTF Inquiries
Procedure description
In the “Centralized banking account register” section, a list of frequently asked questions / answers is available.
Additionally, in the “Regulations” section of this website, various regulatory provisions related to the Centralized banking account register are included, including the corresponding Ministerial Orders and specific Instructions from its Secretary of State.
If, after consulting the aforementioned special regulations and the list of “questions and answers,” reporting entities have any unresolved technical or functional doubts, they can consult Sepblac through the forms provided in the “Procedure” section of this Procedure.
Target audience
Credit institutions, electronic money institutions, payment institutions, and branches in Spain of these types of foreign entities, whether community or non-community.
Procedure
Telematically
Those who wish to submit a query to Sepblac about the FTF must send the following documentation:
- Form F60 (in spanish only): This is the “FTF Inquiries” form, which must be completed in all its fields and electronically signed.
- Contact form (in spanish only): This is the presentation form, to which the F60 Form must be attached for submission to Sepblac.
In paper
Exceptionally, the aforementioned F60 Form, duly completed, will be accepted by postal mail at the following address, provided the identity of the signer is accredited:

Alternatively, the documentation, addressed to the attention of Sepblac, can be presented in person at that address at the General Registry of the Bank of Spain, provided the identity of the signer is accredited.
